Private lessons are particularly suited for individuals with specific physical conditions or needs, and who do not wish to follow the pace of a group class.
The priority in a private class is to adapt Pilates movements to the client’s specificities to maximize the benefits of the movements. Private lessons are also an excellent way to discover Pilates before joining a group class.
